Relationship to Apple's EULA

Your use of CrazyPartyGames is governed by Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. The terms below apply in addition to Apple's EULA and cover app-specific matters not addressed there. If anything below conflicts with Apple's EULA, Apple's EULA controls.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using CrazyPartyGames, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app — simple as that.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CrazyPartyGames for personal, non-commercial purposes on any iOS device you own or control, subject to the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

What you can't do

You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use the app for any unlawful purpose
  • Redistribute, sublicense, or resell the app

In-app purchases

CrazyPartyGames may offer in-app purchases to unlock additional content. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and are subject to Apple's payment terms. Refund requests should be directed to Apple.

Availability

We strive to keep CrazyPartyGames running smoothly, but we don't guarantee it will always be error-free or available. The app is designed for offline pass-and-play, so you can keep the party going regardless.

Disclaimer

CrazyPartyGames is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app. Use it to have fun — that's the point.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
